3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases
  • Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 (use code FREESHIP50)
  • Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days after production (US domestic)
  • Total delivery time: 7-17 business days from order date
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

  • 30-day return window for unopened, unused items
  • Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged
  • We guarantee quality and will replace or refund defective items
