How to Return an Item:
- Initiate your return through your order confirmation email or account
- Select the item(s) and provide a reason for return
- Submit your return request for review
- Once approved, you'll receive a free prepaid return shipping label
- Ship the item back using our label
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Return Requirements
Items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- In resalable condition
Print-on-Demand Items
Because each item is custom-made just for you:
- We cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues (please check size charts carefully)
- However, we will gladly replace or refund any item with defects, damage, or printing issues
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Initiate a return immediately or contact us at pswaywear@gmail.com
- Include photos of the defect or damage
- We'll approve your return right away and send a replacement or full refund - your choice
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Contact us at pswaywear@gmail.com and we'll help arrange an exchange for defective or damaged items.
Refund Timeline
- Returns processed within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Refunds issued within 7 business days after approval
- Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
