🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Get FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 - just use code FREESHIP50 at checkout. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight.
How long does shipping take?
- Production time: 2-7 business days (each item is made-to-order just for you!)
- US shipping: 5-10 business days after production
- Total delivery time: 7-17 business days from order to your door
- International shipping: 10-20 business days after production
Why does it take 2-7 days to ship?
We create each item on-demand using premium print-on-demand partners (Printful and GearLaunch). This means your apparel is custom-made just for you, which is better for the planet and ensures the highest quality!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by country (typically 12-27 business days total). Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Click the tracking link to follow your package's journey!
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately at pswaywear@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or refund.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery with:
- ✓ Free return shipping
- ✓ No restocking fees
- ✓ Full refund to your original payment method
How do I return an item?
- Initiate your return through your order confirmation email
- Select the item and provide a reason
- Get your free prepaid return label
- Ship it back and get your refund within 7 business days
Can I return print-on-demand items?
Since each item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. However, we will gladly replace or refund any item with defects, damage, or printing issues - we guarantee quality!
Do you offer exchanges?

📏 SIZING & FIT
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a detailed size chart. Click "Size Guide" on the product page to see measurements for chest, length, and sleeve. We recommend measuring a similar item you own and comparing it to our charts.
What if I order the wrong size?
Please double-check our size charts before ordering! Since items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. However, if you receive a defective item, we'll replace it with the correct size.
Do your items run true to size?
Yes! Our apparel is true to size based on standard US sizing. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

What materials are your products made from?
Our apparel is made from premium materials including:
- 100% combed cotton (softer and more durable than regular cotton)
- Cotton/polyester blends for performance items
- High-quality fabric blends for specific products

How do I care for my Psway Wear items?
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not bleach
- Iron inside-out on low heat if needed
- Avoid dry cleaning
Following these instructions will keep your items looking fresh for years!
Are your prints high quality?
Yes! We use premium direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology that produces vibrant, long-lasting prints that won't crack or fade with proper care.
🛍️ ORDERING & ACCOUNT
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders easily and speeds up future checkouts!
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Contact us immediately at pswaywear@gmail.com if you need to cancel or change your order. Once production begins (usually within 24 hours), we cannot make changes.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us right away at pswaywear@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the address.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but our packaging is clean and professional - perfect for gifting!
